Frequently asked questions
What is Onslaught Light in World of Tanks?+
Onslaught Light is a standalone time-limited event in World of Tanks that brings competitive 7v7 gameplay to Tier VIII vehicles, including Premium tanks. It uses the full Onslaught ruleset — Role Skills, Tactical Skills, Fog of War, and pre-battle preparation — but strips out ranks, qualification, and progress loss entirely. Every battle contributes Progression Points toward the 15-stage reward track. The mode does not count toward the main Onslaught annual cycle or seasonal rewards.
WoT Onslaught Light Boosting at Overgear covers the full 15-stage Progression in a single order, with all fixed rewards secured before the event closes.
How does the Onslaught Light Progression work?+
Progression Points are earned after every battle — all players receive Points except the last two by Prestige Points on the losing team. Points are never lost, so progress only moves forward. The 15-stage track unlocks fixed rewards at each milestone, with the most valuable items distributed across the later stages. Once Stage 15 is reached, daily missions within the mode reward 20 bonds per completion for the rest of the event window.
Buy WoT Onslaught Light at Overgear and the full climb is handled without any input from your end — the pro manages scheduling, vehicle selection, and all battle decisions throughout the session.
What rewards does the Onslaught Light Event give in WoT?+
Completing the 15-stage Progression delivers a fixed reward set including Experimental Equipment and components, bonds, credits at Tier VIII Random Battle rates, Personal Reserves, two exclusive 2D styles (See the Light and Enlightenment), and four decals — two brand-new to this edition (Fierce Firefly and Artillery Strike) alongside two returning ones. All cosmetic rewards are exclusive to Onslaught Light and unavailable through any other activity.
All rewards from Onslaught Light Event Carry at Overgear go directly to your account once Stage 15 is confirmed.
What tanks are eligible for Onslaught Light in WoT?+
Most Tier VIII vehicles are eligible, including Premium tanks. SPGs are excluded from the mode, along with a small number of specific vehicle types. A minimum of 3 eligible Tier VIII tanks in your garage is required before the service can begin. If you are unsure whether your garage qualifies, contact us in chat before ordering via WoT Onslaught Light Service and we will confirm compatibility.
Do I lose Progression Points from losses in Onslaught Light?+
No. Progression Points are never lost — every battle adds to your total as long as you are not among the last two players by Prestige Points on the losing team.
This makes the mode significantly more accessible than the main Onslaught cycle, where rank drops and qualification resets apply. WoT Onslaught Event Boost at Overgear takes full advantage of this structure — every battle moves Progression forward without any risk of setback.
